Yn fyr: Nid yw Tiwtor TGAU yn casglu unrhyw ddata personol amdanat ti. Nid oes angen cyfrif na mewngofnodi. Mae dy holl gynnydd dysgu yn cael ei gadw ar dy ddyfais di yn unig. Nid ydym yn defnyddio hysbysebion nac unrhyw offer tracio trydydd parti.
Pwy ydym ni
Mae'r ap Tiwtor TGAU (“yr ap”, “ni”, “ein”) yn cael ei ddarparu gan Cyprotec Ltd (wedi'i gofrestru yng Nghymru a Lloegr, rhif cwmni 11738510). Y polisi hwn sy'n egluro sut rydym yn trin gwybodaeth pan fyddi'n defnyddio'r ap. Os oes gennyt gwestiwn, cysyllta â ni yn support@cyprotec.co.uk.
Pa wybodaeth rydym yn ei chasglu
Nid yw'r ap ei hun yn casglu nac yn anfon unrhyw wybodaeth bersonol adnabyddadwy amdanat, gan gynnwys:
- Dim enw, cyfeiriad e-bost, rhif ffôn na dyddiad geni.
- Dim lleoliad.
- Dim rhestr gysylltiadau, lluniau na ffeiliau.
- Dim proffilio nac olrhain ar draws apiau eraill.
Nid oes angen creu cyfrif nac fewngofnodi i ddefnyddio'r ap.
Dy gynnydd dysgu
Mae'r ap yn cadw dy gynnydd — fel pwyntiau XP, lefelau, sgoriau, sêr a rhesi (streaks) — er mwyn i ti weld sut rwyt ti'n gwneud. Mae'r wybodaeth hon yn cael ei storio'n lleol ar dy ddyfais yn unig (gan ddefnyddio storfa'r ap ar y ddyfais). Nid yw byth yn cael ei anfon atom ni nac at unrhyw un arall. Os byddi'n dileu'r ap, mae'r cynnydd hwnnw'n cael ei ddileu hefyd.
Tanysgrifiadau a thaliadau
Mae mynediad llawn i'r ap yn cael ei gynnig fel tanysgrifiad neu bryniant untro. Nid ydym ni'n gweld nac yn storio manylion dy gerdyn talu. Mae pob taliad yn cael ei brosesu'n ddiogel gan siop yr apiau:
- Google Play (Android) neu'r App Store (Apple) sy'n trin y taliad ac unrhyw ad-daliadau.
- Rydym yn defnyddio gwasanaeth o'r enw RevenueCat i reoli statws tanysgrifiadau. Mae RevenueCat yn creu dynodwr defnyddiwr dienw (anonymous) ac yn cadw cofnod o'r pryniant er mwyn gwybod a oes gennyt fynediad. Nid yw hyn yn cynnwys dy enw na dy fanylion talu.
Mae'r siopau'n rheoli'r broses o adnewyddu a chanslo. Gelli reoli neu ganslo tanysgrifiad ar unrhyw adeg yng ngosodiadau dy gyfrif Google Play neu Apple.
Preifatrwydd plant
Mae'r ap hwn wedi'i lunio ar gyfer disgyblion TGAU (fel rheol rhwng 14 ac 16 oed). Rydym wedi'i gynllunio i gyd-fynd â Chod Dylunio Priodol i Oedran Swyddfa'r Comisiynydd Gwybodaeth (ICO) yn y DU (“y Cod Plant”). Am y rheswm hwnnw, nid yw'r ap yn casglu unrhyw ddata personol, nid yw'n proffilio defnyddwyr, ac nid yw'n dangos hysbysebion. Rydym yn annog rhiant neu warcheidwad i reoli unrhyw danysgrifiad drwy eu cyfrif siop apiau eu hunain.
Rhannu â thrydydd partïon
Nid ydym yn gwerthu nac yn rhannu data personol. Yr unig drydydd partïon sy'n rhan o'r broses yw'r rhai sy'n hanfodol i ddarparu'r ap:
- Google Play / Apple App Store — dosbarthu'r ap a phrosesu taliadau.
- RevenueCat — rheoli statws tanysgrifiad drwy ddynodwr dienw.
Efallai bydd y siopau apiau eu hunain yn casglu rhywfaint o ddata diagnostig safonol ar lefel y system weithredu (er enghraifft adroddiadau damwain), sydd y tu hwnt i'n rheolaeth ni ac sy'n cael ei lywodraethu gan eu polisïau preifatrwydd nhw.
Diogelwch
Gan fod dy gynnydd yn aros ar dy ddyfais dy hun ac nad ydym yn casglu data personol, mae'r risg i'th breifatrwydd yn isel iawn. Rydym yn cadw'r dyluniad dim-casglu-data hwn yn fwriadol.
Dy hawliau
O dan Reoliad Diogelu Data Cyffredinol y DU (UK GDPR) a Deddf Diogelu Data 2018, mae gennyt hawliau dros dy ddata personol. Gan nad ydym yn dal unrhyw ddata personol amdanat, nid oes gennym unrhyw beth i'w ddangos, ei gywiro na'i ddileu. I ddileu dy holl gynnydd, dilëwch yr ap oddi ar dy ddyfais. Os oes gennyt gwestiwn, cysyllta â ni.
Newidiadau i'r polisi hwn
Efallai y byddwn yn diweddaru'r polisi hwn o bryd i'w gilydd. Bydd y dyddiad “dod i rym” ar frig y dudalen yn dangos pryd y cafodd ei newid ddiwethaf.

Privacy Policy
Effective date: 23 July 2026
In short: Tiwtor TGAU does not collect any personal data about you. No account or sign-in is required. All of your learning progress stays on your own device. We use no advertising and no third-party tracking of any kind.
Who we are
The Tiwtor TGAU app (“the app”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is provided by Cyprotec Ltd (registered in England & Wales, company number 11738510). This policy explains how we handle information when you use the app. If you have any questions, contact us at support@cyprotec.co.uk.
What information we collect
The app itself does not collect or transmit any personally identifiable information about you, including:
- No name, email address, phone number or date of birth.
- No location data.
- No contacts, photos or files.
- No profiling or tracking across other apps.
No account or login is needed to use the app.
Your learning progress
The app saves your progress — such as XP points, levels, scores, stars and streaks — so you can see how you are doing. This information is stored locally on your device only (using the app's on-device storage). It is never sent to us or to anyone else. If you delete the app, that progress is deleted too.
Subscriptions and payments
Full access to the app is offered as a subscription or a one-time purchase. We never see or store your payment card details. All payments are processed securely by the app store:
- Google Play (Android) or the App Store (Apple) handles the payment and any refunds.
- We use a service called RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat creates an anonymous user identifier and keeps a record of the purchase so it knows whether you have access. This does not include your name or payment details.
Renewals and cancellations are managed by the stores. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Google Play or Apple account settings.
Children's privacy
This app is designed for GCSE students (typically aged 14 to 16). We have designed it to align with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) Age Appropriate Design Code (the “Children's Code”). For that reason, the app collects no personal data, does not profile users, and shows no advertising. We encourage a parent or guardian to manage any subscription through their own app store account.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or share personal data. The only third parties involved are those essential to delivering the app:
- Google Play / Apple App Store — distributing the app and processing payments.
- RevenueCat — managing subscription status via an anonymous identifier.
The app stores themselves may collect some standard diagnostic data at the operating-system level (for example crash reports), which is outside our control and governed by their own privacy policies.
Security
Because your progress stays on your own device and we collect no personal data, the risk to your privacy is very low. We keep this no-data-collection design deliberately.
Your rights
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have rights over your personal data. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to show, correct or erase. To delete all of your progress, remove the app from your device. If you have any question, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “effective date” at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
